HapWare at CES
Awards, Stevie Wonder, National Industries for the Blind, and Preorders are Open

Hello!
HapWare experienced a monumental week at CES full of collaboration, learning, and excitement. It was a step in the right direction of achieving our goal to empower people who are blind, low vision, deaf blind, or neurodiverse.
A Breakout Week at CES 2026
CES is the largest tech conference in the World and over the course of the week, we had the opportunity to demo ALEYE on a global stage and engage with thousands of attendees, from accessibility advocates and technologists to investors, media, and industry leaders.
Throughout CES, HapWare:
Was showcased as winners of the CTA Eureka Park Accessibility Contest
Won the CTA Innovation Challenge for technologies supporting the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) community, earning a $25,000 grand prize
Took the CES Accessibility Stage, with our CEO sharing HapWare’s mission and receiving a public callout from Meta during a wearables panel
Earned broad media coverage, including an Engadget feature, multiple TV news segments, podcasts, and creator interviews
Welcomed unexpected visitors to our booth—including Stevie Wonder and Palmer Luckey, both of whom experienced ALEYE firsthand.
Yes you read that correctly, Stevie Wonder stopped by our booth!

CES was an incredible opportunity to demonstrate how ALEYE works in real-world conversations and to see immediate, intuitive reactions from people trying the technology for the first time.
From Live Demos to Real Validation
What stood out most on the CES floor was how quickly people understood the value of ALEYE once they tried it. In under a quarter of a second, ALEYE detects nonverbal cues and delivers information through subtle haptic feedback without bulky tech or added cognitive load.
Across hundreds of demos, attendees consistently engaged with the product, asked thoughtful questions, and shared insights about where this kind of technology could make a difference, from classrooms and workplaces to training environments and everyday social interactions.
Looking Ahead and Preorders are Open
CES was a catalyst. The response confirmed that there is strong demand for technology that supports human connection in more inclusive, intuitive ways.
We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by our booth, shared feedback, and helped make CES 2026 such a meaningful moment for HapWare.
